Please note:
- If the pocket opening is stuck and sealed shut, you can gently rub the top of the pages to unseal it. This is not a defect and is part of the manufacturing process as the vinyl is cut with a very hot cutter machine that can cause the pages to stick together.
- The elastic band comes as a separate piece but can easily be attached! Simply take the metal portion on the elastic band and insert it into the hole on the side of the holder.
