  • We accept returns on all unused items within 30 days of in-store purchase date or online shipment arrival.
  • Online orders can be returned at any of our physical store locations.
  • Processing times of your refund occurs within 5 business days of arrival.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on all unused items within:

  • Online orders: 30 days from the date you receive your shipment
  • In-store purchases: 30 days from your purchase date

Can I return online orders at your physical stores?

Yes! You can return online orders at any of our physical store locations within 30 days of receiving your shipment. Simply bring your items and order confirmation to any store, and our team will be happy to process your return.

How do I begin the return process for online orders?

For online orders, you have two options:

  • Return by mail: E-mail us at support@mochithings.com with your Order Number and what you want to return. We'll provide you with our return address.
  • Return in-store: Visit any of our store locations with your items and order confirmation for an immediate return.

How do I return in-store purchases?

For in-store purchases, you have two options:

  • Return in-store: Bring your items and receipt to any of our store locations within 30 days of purchase for an immediate return and refund.
  • Return by mail: E-mail us at support@mochithings.com with your order information and what you want to return. We'll provide you with our return address.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 1-3 business days of processing.

Is there a provided return label?

Please note that at this time we cannot provide a return label. Please also try to use USPS First Class when returning as that is by far the lowest cost shipping service available. It generally costs around $4-$9 for anything under 13oz. Once we receive your item(s), we will send you an e-mail acknowledging that we have received your r eturn. Our team will then review your return package and we generally process the product refund within 1-3 business days. Please also note that we cannot refund the shipping cost on your order. We’ll send you another e-mail as soon as your refund has been processed.

What happens if I want to return beyond the deadline?

If we receive a return after 30 days of the shipment date we can only process a store credit refund back to your account. We also cannot accept returns after 45 days as our system will automatically refuse the package and USPS will return the package back to the original sender.
