Yes, an individual MochiThings Gift Card has a minimum amount limit of $10 and a maximum amount limit of $500. If you need a higher maximum limit, please purchase additional gift cards.

Will MochiThings Gift Card balance expire?

No, MochiThings Gift Card balances will never expire.

Can I request a refund to a MochiThings Gift Card?

We cannot accept refund requests for MochiThings Gift Cards at this time.

How long does it take to receive a MochiThings Gift Card Code?

It currently takes on average 3 hours to process and send you the MochiThings Gift Card Code after purchasing. In rare cases this can take up to 24 hours. If you have not receive your MochiThings Gift Card Code after 24 hours please send us an e-mail at support@mochithings.com so we can resolve this for you.

Simply add items to your cart and enter your gift card code during checkout. Your gift card balance will be applied directly to your order.

Show your gift card code to a team member at checkout. They will scan or enter the code to apply your gift card balance to your purchase.

Can I split payment between a MochiThings Gift Card and a credit card?

Yes! We will apply your gift card balance first and any remaining balance can be paid with a credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

Can I reload my MochiThings Gift Card?

Yes! MochiThings Gift Cards are reloadable. You can add additional funds to your gift card at any of our store locations.

Can I return items purchased with a MochiThings Gift Card?

Yes. Please make sure to reference our Return Policy. Refunds will be applied back to your gift card balance first. Any remaining balance will be refunded to the additional payment method used.
