Yes, an individual MochiThings Gift Card has a minimum amount limit of $10 and a maximum amount limit of $500. If you need a higher maximum limit, please purchase additional gift cards.
No, MochiThings Gift Card balances will never expire.
We cannot accept refund requests for MochiThings Gift Cards at this time.
It currently takes on average 3 hours to process and send you the MochiThings Gift Card Code after purchasing. In rare cases this can take up to 24 hours. The gift card amount will be added to your MochiThings Store Credits balance. You can then apply store credits to your shopping cart before you checkout.
Yes. After redeeming your gift card, your store credit balance can be used before checking out. We will apply your store credit balance first and any remaining balance can be paid with a credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
Yes. Please make sure to reference our Return Policy. We will first process a refund back to your store credits balance first. Any remaining balance will be refunded back to the additional payment method.
No. Each unique MochiThings Gift Card Code can only be associated to one account.
