Please note:
If the pocket opening is stuck and sealed shut, you can gently rub the top of the pages to unseal it. This is not a defect and is part of the manufacturing process. The PP Vinyl is cut with a very hot cutter machine and the pages tend to stick together but it can easily be unsealed!
The elastic band comes as a separate piece but can easily be attached! Simply take the metal portion on the elastic band and insert it into the hole on the side of the holder. Please kindly check the gallery photos to a reference on how to attach the elastic!
