The 2nul Collection Record Card

The Record Card is a smart and useful card to keep medical and car records. The Record Card comes in a Medical Record and Car Record style. Each style features 3 cardstock pages kept together with an eyelet. There is also a PVC pocket to keep it safe!

The Record Card includes 1 cover page and 2 table pages. Use the cover page to write a title, name, or season. The Medical Record style has 3 columns on each table page: date, contents, and memo. Record doctor visits, checkups, and urgent care visits. Write the name of the hospital and reason for the visit in the contents column. Then, record any prescribed medications or shots in the memo column. The Car Record style also has 3 columns on each table page: dates, contents, and km (kilometers). Use the contents column to record oil changes and maintenance jobs. Then, use the kilometers section to record the current mileage on your car! The Record Card is super versatile, so you can use the columns and pages in the way that works best for you!
