• Oops! Your pouch got dirty. What should you do? Here are our suggestions:
  Wipe the dirtied part of your pouch with a dry cloth. Or you can wipe the area with baby wipes once or twice very gently right away! Please do not rub or wipe the area with force with the wipes, wet or dry cloths, because this may cause the pouch to become smudged and the quality of the product may change.

• Uh oh! Are there deeper set stains? Please try this:
  You can hand wash the stained area with a cloth and neutral detergent. Please apply the detergent to the pouch with a soft cloth and rub or tap very gently. Then rinse with warm water. Do not rinse with hot water. Please note that colors may fade or change depending on factors such as the detergent you use and how hard you rub the surface.
