2. Squeeze all of the excess air out of the pouch, then tightly roll up the opening.
3. Use the velcro closure to firmly lock the pouch.
4. Link the 2 straps to the designated spots on the pouch.
5. Buckle the straps to the neck strap and wear it around your neck.
