1. Set the lock to the factory default combination of 0000
2. Unlock the lock and turn the shackle part 180 degrees so it is the complete opposite position if it were locked. Make sure the shackle is pushed down.
3. Set the combination you want by aligning the numbers to the groves.
4. Using your newly set combination to unlock the shackle, you may reset it repeatedly after following the same steps 2-3!!

Caution: It is not possible to reset the lock after changing the factory default number. Please don’t forget the combination you set!
