  • We accept exchanges on all unused items within 30 days of in-store purchase date or online shipment arrival.
  • Online orders can be exchanged at any of our physical store locations.

What is your exchange policy?


We accept exchanges on all unused items within:

  • Online orders: 30 days from the date you receive your shipment
  • In-store purchases: 30 days from your purchase date

Can I exchange online orders at your physical stores?


Yes! You can exchange online orders at any of our physical store locations within 30 days of receiving your shipment. Simply bring your items and order confirmation to any store, and our team will be happy to process your exchange on the spot.

How do I begin the exchange process for online orders?


For online orders, you have two options:

  • Exchange by mail: Please open a return request for the item and place a new order for the item(s). 
  • Exchange in-store: Visit any of our store locations with your items and order confirmation for an immediate exchange.

How do I exchange in-store purchases?


For in-store purchases, you have two options:

  • Exchange in-store: Bring your items and receipt to any of our store locations within 30 days of purchase. Our team will process your exchange immediately.
  • Exchange by mail: E-mail us at support@mochithings.com with your order identifier that is shown on your receipt or credit card statement. We will then link your in-store purchase in your MochiThings account. From there you will then be able to request a return and place a new order for the new item(s).
