Job Description
As a Fulfillment Specialist you will be regularly utilizing your assigned tablet device to process customer orders, processing inbound freight, and other fulfillment and inventory duties. Our team, processes, and tech systems will be guiding you throughout the day. Every process is defined so there will be no unknowns while you perform your duties. If you do run into any issues: our friendly team and your direct manager will be able to assist you.
If you like to be regularly on your feet, working in a guided friendly environment, expect clearly defined goals, and experience success on a daily basis — this is the role for you.
Primary Job Functions
- Preparing customer orders for shipment
- Inventory processing & organization
Safety First
- General warehouse safety is expected and regularly practiced even when we are mostly handling light items.

- Monday thru Friday; 9-1pm
- Monday thru Friday; 10-2pm
These are default shifts. We are flexible in schedule adjustments!

Logistics
Our Logistics department is the largest department in the organization. This department contains the most mission critical teams, is allocated with the largest budget, and with the most research and development focus in the organization. All teams contribute towards the following departamental goals, day in, day out:
- Same-day processing for all orders placed before 12pm.
- All processible orders are out of the warehouse by 2pm.
- 99.99% order accuracy — a departmental record we proudly hold and maintain since April 2020.
- No injuries — a departmental record we proudly hold and maintain since 2011.
All duties are highly process driven and fully utilizes technologies our team have custom designed and implemented to increase overall safety & efficiency.
